About Samira

I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and to grow.

My Journey

My professional journey began with a deep interest in understanding people and helping improve mental health. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to walk alongside individuals, children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of experiences and concerns. These experiences taught me that no two people are alike — everyone needs an approach suited to their circumstances, values, and life story.

After immigrating to Canada, this path took on a deeper meaning for me. Living in a new country — the challenges of adapting, being far from family, and starting over — broadened my understanding of what immigrants face, and helps me stand with greater empathy beside those going through major life changes.

In my counselling sessions, I strive to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely about your feelings, worries, and challenges. My goal is not only to help solve a problem, but to accompany you in getting to know yourself better, strengthening your inner resources, and moving toward a calmer, more balanced, and more fulfilling life.
